Dr Geoff Treloar
“Dismay and Dissent: The Experience of Three Australian evangelicals in the late twentieth and early twenty-first centuries.” In his career, Geoff was successively Dean of Robert Menzies College, Macquarie University; Head of Basser College, University of New South Wales (UNSW); and Director of Teaching and Learning at the Australian College of Theology. He is author, contributor, or editor of numerous books including Lightfoot the Historian (1998), The Disruption of Evangelicalism. The Age of R.A. Torrey, John R. Mott, Aimee Semple McPherson and T.C. Hammond (2016), Howard and Dorothy Mowll: Global Anglican Pioneers (2023) and ‘The Fundamentals’ in the Oxford Handbook of Christian Fundamentalism. In retirement he remains research-active as a Research Fellow of the ACT and Visiting Fellow in the School of Humanities and Languages at UNSW. |
